|Apricots, Peaches and Bananas Smoothie for 2|
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
10cl milk (or water)
|Dice your fruit. You can use the second knife from the ChefsDeFrance knife set for this purpose.
Add ice for a smoothie served very fresh. The ChefsDefrance ice cube mold can be useful for this step.
Mix it all in a blender until you obtain a puree without pieces.
Add a little milk (maximum 10cl according to your preference) OR water to obtain the perfect consistency and gain smoothness.
OPTIONAL: pour 1 tablespoon of sugar.
For the service, the most gourmands can add a little whipped cream and fruit slices.
To be served chilled for a maximum of delicacies
