|Chicken Teriyaki Recipe for 4 persons|
|4 chicken breasts
250 ml water
3 tbsp brown sugar
60 ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons of honey
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 tbsp. oil
|Peel and chop the garlic. Crush him.
Bring the water, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey and garlic to a boil (over low heat) to obtain a syrup.
Slice the chicken into strips and roll the pieces in the cornstarch.
In a saucepan, pour the remaining cornstarch mixed with 10ml of water and let it thicken while stirring.
Brown the chicken pieces with a drizzle of oil for 7 minutes.
Add the Teriyaki sauce and simmer for another 3 minutes
Serve with rice!
