Halloween is the perfect opportunity to eat a whole bunch of sweets. Candy, chocolate, pizzas and… why not pastries? With food, you can create a whole completely terrifying universe to surprise (and scare) your guests. The main ingredients for this are your imagination, a little elbow grease and a few kilos of flour! If there are lots of Halloween recipe ideas, we will focus on our favorite Halloween recipe: Deadly Cupcakes. I might as well tell you that she has enough to make Tim Burton salivate.
The basis of your Halloween Cupcake – Chocolate (about 20 cupcakes)
40g of cocoa
20 cl of milk
1 sachet of baking powder
300 g flour
220 g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
150 g butter at room temperature
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6). Butter a muffin tin, or add small paper supports.
In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter until you obtain a uniform mixture. Add the eggs, one after the other, then the vanilla sugar.
Pour in half of the baking powder. Gradually add half of the milk while mixing. When the dough becomes smooth, add the rest of the yeast, then the rest of the milk, still mixing.
Add the cocoa, mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Pour the device into the mold, filling only 3/4 of each mold.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. To check the cooking, stick the blade of a knife into the cupcake: if the blade comes out dirty, it means that the cupcake is not cooked.
When the cupcakes are perfectly cold, you can decorate them. Prepare the topping beforehand because it will have to put a refrigerator in place.
