|Blue cheeseburger for 4 people (or with any cheese you like)|
4 chopped steaks
200g Auvergne blue cheese (or cheese of your choice)
A few salad leaves
|Brown your onions in a frying pan with a knob of butter
Toast your burgers in the oven or in a toaster
Cut 4 thin slices of blue and set them aside. Dice the rest of the cheese and melt it in a frying pan over low heat.
Turn over your 4 steaks and place 1 slice of blue on each cooked side.
Cut your tomatoes into thin slices.
Spread a little blue sauce on the base of the burger breads, add the steak, onions, a little salad and tomato slices, pour in the rest of the sauce and close the burger.
Serve with fries!
