|Bruschetta Tomatoes & Mozzarella for 4 persons|
|8 slices of country bread
3 beef heart tomatoes
2 scoops of mozzarella
1 clove of garlic
|Toast your slices of country bread in the oven or in a toaster
Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes or slices, depending on the presentation you prefer. You can use a ChefsDeFrance knife for this purpose.
Once the sandwiches are ready, rub them with the garlic, pour a drizzle of olive oil.
Arrange your tomato slices (or dice) by inserting a mozzarella slice between each piece. Add a few basil leaves.
Sprinkle the toast with a drizzle of olive oil. You can sprinkle it all with oregano, according to your taste, and even add slices of ham.
Before serving, put the bread in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°.
Serve with salad and enjoy!
