|Recipe for Cheesecake without Cooking for 4 persons|
About twenty Oreos
300 g Philadelphia (or St Moret) cheese
30 cl whole liquid cream
|Place an empty bowl in the refrigerator.
In a mixer, place about twenty Oreos with the butter at room temperature. Mix until a paste is obtained. Line the bottom of a pan (covered with parchment paper) and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Cut the white chocolate into squares and melt in a water bath or microwave.
In a container, mix Philadelphia, mascarpone and white chocolate. Crush the Oreos and add the pieces. Pour the dough obtained on the basis that you had reserved for the fridge. Put back 2 hours in the fridge.
Take your empty bowl out of the refrigerator. Pour in the whole cream, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla (scrape the inside of the pod). Whip with a mixer to get your whipped cream. Place in a piping bag or syphon.
Decorate your cheesecake with the whipped cream. Add Oreos for the presentation.
