|Crêpes dough for 4 people|
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Our secret ingredient:
2 tablespoons of beer
|Pour the flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the middle and add the beaten eggs.
Gently add the eggs to the mixture with a wooden spoon.
Pour in the cold milk gradually, stirring well to avoid lumps.
Pour a few centilitres of beer (2 or 3 tablespoons depending on your preferences) to make the dough more supple.
leave for 1 or 2 hours with a cloth on the bowl.
Heat a frying pan with fat (butter or oil).
Pour a ladle of dough, let it brown and then turn the pancake over to cook the other side.
Repeat this process until there is no more dough.
Serve with an assortment of jams, spreads, whipped cream and fruit.
