|Mushroom Pizza for 4 people
|300 g pizza dough
1 jar of tomato sauce
5 button mushrooms
1 slice of white ham
300 g mozzarella cheese
50 g flour
2 tbsp. dried oregano
1 handful of black olives
3 tablespoons olive oil
|Preheat your oven to 210°C
Wash and peel the mushrooms, cut them into strips and fry them in the pan with olive oil. ChefsDeFrance knives will be very useful for precise and fine cutting.
Flour your work surface and spread the dough. Stretch it with a rolling pin until it reaches the desired diameter.
Place the dough in a pie pan or on a pizza sheet, roll the edges to form your future crust.
Wash and slice your tomatoes.
Cut your mozzarella into thin slices and your ham into small pieces.
Brush your pasta with tomato sauce, arrange the tomato slices alternating with mozzarella and ham.
Drain the mushrooms and add them. Sprinkle with oregano.
Add the black olives
Sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with a few salad leaves!
