90g of sugar
60g of flour
35g low-fat butter
4 Chestnut flour crushers
|Preheat the oven to 180°C
Peel and seed the apples. Cut them into cubes with a ChefsDeFrance knife and then divide the cubes into a mold or verines.
Mix together the softened butter, flour, sugar and crackers reduced to breadcrumbs. Chestnut cracottes bring a delicious touch of hazelnut.
You can sprinkle cinnamon on the preparation.
Pour the mixture over the apples.
